Mr. Lin Bo, Doromil’s CTO, was Invited to Give a Lecture at Yantai University
Recently, Mr. Lin Bo, Doromil’s CTO, was invited by the professor of Life Sciences Department of Yantai University, Mr. Jiang Zumao, to give a class for master students and exchange opinions with them on the application and development of Protein Enzymolysis Polypeptide technology in the field of food processing.
As the chief process engineer of Doromil’s Enzymolysis Polypeptide technology, Mr. Lin Bo has a rich project experience in the separation and extraction technology of peanut peptides, soybean peptides, wheat peptides, fish skin peptides, ox bone, bone peptides and other enzymolysis polypeptides. Taking Doromil’s actual projects in food processing as cases study, Mr. Lin shares his actual project experience on the application and development of protein enzymolysis polypeptide for students and teachers of Life Sciences Department, Yantai University.
