RIGHTLEDER Signed the Contract with an Inner Mongolia Company on the Reuse Technology of Acid Wastewater of Graphite Cleaning
Recently, RIGHTLEDER · ENVIRONMENTAL (hereinafter referred to as "Rightleder") signed the contract with an Inner Mongolia company successfully. Rightleder will provide acid wastewater reuse technology of graphite cleaning and the 40T front-end processor technology.
After a deep processing, graphite can be extracted in the graphite. During the extraction process, it is necessary to clean the graphite. At the same time, the salinity of the wastewater is 12000 mg / l, forming wastewater with salt and high concentration of acid.
Therefore, Rightleder provides a wastewater reuse system of graphite cleaning under the material conditions with high salt, acid and heavy metal substances, using ultrafiltration to separate the molecular which its weight is greater than 500 Dalton (unit of atomic mass), and with the particle diameter is greater than 10 nm, so they apply some purification process and reverse osmosis to macromolecular substances.
The desalination efficiency of the reverse osmosis membrane is high at the condition of high flow rate, which can intercept substances bigger than 0.00001 μm and most dissolved salts and organic matters in water, while allowing water molecules to pass through; these two processes are able to convert the wastewater of graphite cleaning into the raw water and then reuse. The recovery rate could reach 90%.
In addition, RIGHTLEDER also provides the 40T front-end processor (FEP) process to that company, which converts groundwater into the water feed for the production of graphite by the treatment of quartz sand and activated carbon. This process not only increases the amount of the supply for graphite water use, but also reduces the investment cost of the project by using local resources.
The reuse technology of acid wastewater from graphite cleaning and the front-end processor process (FEP) of 40T, on the one hand solve the problem of supply quantity of production water; in addition, the wastewater reuse reduces the cost of investment and the operation for the company; On the other hand, they reduce the occupied geographical space and the ecological impact due to the discharge of wastewater.
