Recently, RIGHTLEDER·Environmental (hereinafter referred to as “RIGHTLEDER”) to reach cooperation with a company in Henan who products functional drinks. RIGHTLEDER provides the unique technology of wastewater reuse of peracetic acid. This cooperation is the first case in wastewater reuse of peracetic acid in domestic beverage industry.
The peracetic acid produced by this company is mainly from the disinfection and cleaning equipment. The amount of pure water in cleaning equipment is large, and after cleaning the turbidity and salinity of the effluent wastewater is low as well as the lower concentration of the peracetic acid has a low natural degradation. In accordance with the required capacity and the actual situation of the project, RIGHTLEDER customizes the process of removing peracetic acid in wastewater with the method of physical adsorption.
The entire wastewater treatment process of the physical adsorption method is a pure physical process, which ensures that the treated water quality meets pure water standards, prevents any chemical substance remains in the water treatment process and guarantees the beverage without safety hazard from the source.
The Production Line of Drinks
It is reported that producing 1 ton of drinks needs 3-4 tons of raw water at least in domestic beverage industry, including washing bottles (PAA wastewater) and producing drinks. The entire production process takes a long time, which undoubtedly promotes the equipment consumption rate and reduce the service life of equipment; in addition, the low rate of water recycling makes the beverage industry having a high operation cost.
