Start from “what I want to be a year later” ----Rightleder Commercial College Phase II
At 9 am 9th July, Rightleder commercial college organized its second lecture. The trainees started from the previous homework“what I want to be a year later”to share without any reserve about their time planning on work, health, life, family and other various targets.
Before the sharing,the trainer explained in detail about the academic score system, as the saying goes, nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards, a good system can make a solid team.
Afterward, the trainees shared their future plans in turn, which are not only limited to the work, but also extended to health, life, family and other aspects. In this sharing activity, we are delighted to see the trainees have different progress. A trainee turned from hesitate to talk to share his story actively. The sharing was touching, funny and thought-provoking. A counselor was elected to follow up the plans and carry it to the end.
After the sharing, the trainer organized a role play game named “desert island escape”, which received a highly active involvement, the special prepared sticker was distributed to everyone soon. Simulated reality role exercise not only exercise the trainees’ ability to respond, but also let everyone learn to communicate and listen on a team, and to build core of leadership. Finally the trainer showed us how should we do daily communication for a win-win situation.
In the expanding the game link, “tight encirclement” was played to have a grouping PK. The trainees were divided into “team Rightleder brothers” and “team tsunami” to set up their own “networks” to hinder the pass of each other; the second part is upgraded game, eye mask was added to the game, however the “network” was quietly removed since the beginning. From this game, the trainees realized that obstacles exist in the heart, as long as we dare to face the difficulty, we can smile to our life with eyes either opened or closed.
Sharing, role playing expanding the games are our training project since the beginning, they can not only widen our sight and enrich our knowledge, but also can develop our communication ability and social skills. We believe every trainee will become outstanding employee with leadership, and assist Rightleder international holding group to become the world's leading fluid filtration and separation technology service provider.
