Project Name: Case on Project of Expanding and Modifying Chemical Water Making System-Dalian Thermal Branch

General Information: Expanding and Modifying one 4×100t high pressure boiler
Technical Advantage: the handling capacity after expansion is up to 450t/h, with desalination rate of 98% and recovery rate as high as 75%, and quality of output water can reach ultrapure water standard.

Project Introduction:

Employer of this project is Dalian Thermal Power Branch Company uder China Hualiang Logistic Group Beiliang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Hualiang”). Hualiang is a large scaled company held by Central Government founded in 1993. Relying on Beliang Port, and running mainly grains, Hualiang developed port-centered grain and oil processing industry and comprehensive logistics. The port area is equipped with thermal power plant providing steam 1.5 million tons per year, and has contracted supply of steam to West Pacific Petroleum Chemical Co., Ltd. To meet increased demand on water quantity posed by expansion of West Pacific project, Hualiang cooperates with Rightleder·Environmental for perfect solution.

 

Work scope of this project includes supply and installation of one water heater, one raw water pump, two multi-media filters, one RO system and replacement of 2# mixed resin bed as well as the complete set of ancillary facility. To meet employer’s requirement, Rightleder·Environmental applies comprehensive analysis and rational design over the entire water treatment system, and apply effective control over each link through design to manufacture to deliver long term stale output of water with required quality.
